垂直的歯槽堤造成の部位別ガイドライン
垂直的歯槽堤造成はインプラント外科において最も難易度の高い術式であると考えられている。これまで、自家骨 onlay graft、GBR、interpositional osteotomy、歯槽骨延長術が単独あるいは併用されてきたが、どの治療法が優れているかコンセンサスは得られていない。本講演では比較的侵襲性が低く汎用性が高いと考えられる吸収性・非吸収性メンブレンを用いた垂直的 GBRの技術的ポイントについて演者の症例を通して紹介している。
