本講演では，ラテラルアプローチと待時・同時埋入，クレスタルアプローチと同時埋入，上顎洞底挙上術を回避したショートインプラントの3 つの術式を症例と共に整理する．また，演者の論文データも照らしあわせて上顎臼歯部における各種インプラントの初期固定について述べる．
