要介護を見据えたインプラント補綴 ～インプラントオーバーデンチャーの設計変更必要度レベル評価～
インプラント患者が要介護となった場合の問題点と対応について，実際の臨床例から述べられている．両側性のシンプルなアタッチメントを用いたインプラントオーバーデンチャーは高齢患者に利点が多く，固定式のインプラント補綴は時期をみて設計変更する必要がある．その設計変更の必要度を評価する方法を紹介する．
